Role Overview
As a Digital Commercial Consultant you will take on a leadership role in identifying leading and imp lementing strategies which driv e sales opportunities and secur e contracts with major pharmaceutical companies. Your primary focus will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while developing consultative strategic initiatives that position Evinova as a trusted partner in digital clinical solutions levering both SaaS and service delivery models . This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively create sales strategies and business plans that address market gaps and deliver transformational value through innovative Evinova offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development : Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets with a strategic focus on Annual Recurring Revenue and driving optimum share of wallet. Drive the sales strategy by identifying high-potential leads and opportunities within top pharma accounts and l ead the development of tailored proposals that effectively communicate the value of Evinovas digital health solutions ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic goals.
Client Engagement & Relationship Development : Serve as the primary point of commercial contact for R&D leaders within pharmaceutical organizations. Develop and nurture relationships that establish Evinova as a strategic partner shaping digital sales strategies that align with their clinical and operational objectives .
Strategic Business Planning : Proactively assess market trends and client needs to identify gaps in existing clinical development organization and therapeutic strategies . Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that outline strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Evinovas competitive positioning and driving revenue growth.
Value Creation & Business Case Development : Collaborate with clients to define and refine digital strategies . Build compelling business cases that articulate the financial and operational impact of proposed solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to quantify benefits manage risks and track value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Evinovas product engineering strategy science and data science teams to translate client needs into actionable product requirements which leverage existing and near term capabilities . Drive innovation and ensure that our solutions meet the future evolving demands of the pharmaceutical landscape.
Change Management & Adoption Strategy : Lead initiatives to facilitate stakeholder engagement and promote the adoption of digital solutions across clinical development operations and research teams. Develop training and communication strategies to ensure seamless integration of new technologies .
Required Qualifications
Experience : 1015 years in management consulting or healthcare consulting with a strong focus on commercially focused strategies that drive new business . Proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing role.
Sales & P&L Management : Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth and expansion. M anaging P&L responsibilities for each assigned account including pricing strategy and margin optimization.
Strategic Business Acumen : Expertise in developing and executing strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive market growth.
Digital Health Expertise : In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies including ePRO / eCOA remote monitoring solutions and patient engagement platforms. Experience in evaluating and implementing these solutions in clinical settings.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $187.31280 to$ 280.96920 . Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and addition our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
