We are looking for a dynamic Resident Engagement Coordinator to turn our community into a vibrant, joyful home. You won't just be planning events; you'll be crafting experiences that boost physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being!
What You'll Do:
  • Design & Lead: Create monthly calendars filled with music, arts, exercise, and intellectual activities.
  • Create Connections: Build one-on-one relationships with residents, understanding their stories to tailor experiences.
  • Plan Special Events: Organize holiday celebrations, themed monthly gatherings, birthday celebrations
  • Leverage Creativity: Facilitate unique activities like sensory experiences for memory care
What You Bring:
  • 1+ years of experience in senior living, early childhood, dementia experience a bonus!
  • An enthusiastic, patient, and compassionate personality.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a busy, fun calendar.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
