In this highly visible position, you will collaborate across functions to ensure our financial master data is accurate, consistent, and optimized for decision-making at every level.

What You'll Do :

  • Champion Data Integrity : Lead the maintenance, validation, and enhancement of financial master data-including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and product hierarchies-ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Serve as the key liaison between group reporting and local teams, driving adoption of data standards and best practices to support global business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, implement robust data governance policies, and drive process improvements that elevate data reliability and compliance.
  • Enable Business Insights : Support financial reporting, analytics, and dashboard development, empowering leadership with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Project Leadership : Play a critical role in system implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring seamless data integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training & Influence : Deliver training and guidance to finance and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data stewardship and continuous learning.
  • Stay Ahead : Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our master data management practices remain innovative and compliant.

What You'll Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or master data management, ideally within a complex, global organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems, as well as data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial processes, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
