[job_card.job_description]Learn from other professionals to best support the children Implement effective strategies to address challenging behaviors Monitor and document client progress utilizing our EMR system Provide support and guidance to clients and their families Build relationships with children using our developmental relational model Perform household tasks : cooking, cleaning, organizing, laundry Work nights and weekends, typically working 4, 10-hour shifts. Most shifts end at 10pm At least 19 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with no major infractions Ability to work evenings and weekends On-the-job training Employer sponsored health insurance for medical, dental and vision Health Savings Account contributions Retirement contribution of 4%, fully vested after only one year! Robust Personal and Holiday Leave Competitive salaries- Salary DOE, starting pay at $16.50 per hour, averaging $18.00 per hour with interim and differential pay.
