Must Have Technical / Functional Skills BA Skills :
- Communication : Ability to lead meetings / capture notes, identify gaps, follow-up on decisions, communicate with Tech and non-tech audience
- Stakeholder Engagement : Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners
- Requirements Elicitation : Ability to gather and define business requirements
- Problem Solving : Questioning mindset to challenge / solve the business problem statements
- Agile Methodology : Seasoned in Agile practices / Story Writing in particular
- Critical Thinking : Can do attitude, with willingness to think out of the box
- Technology : Archer, JIRA, Rally, Visio,.ppt will be a plus
- Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision
Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 per year
