[job_card.job_description]Stable, year-round work Clear routes and support from a responsive dispatch team Growth mindset culture with coaching and development Successfully handle and deliver packages on time and professionally Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use company provided device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, safety metrics and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Paid weekly Up to 10-hour / day shifts -A minimum of $900 per week 3–4-day work week (up to 40 hours) is typical. Available shifts will fall between the hours of 10 : 00am – 10 : 00pm, Monday thru Sunday Annual Raises Weekend ONLY shifts are available MUST BE WILLING to work 4 days, 10-hour shifts. One of those days must be a Saturday or a Sunday EVERY WEEK. CDL NOT REQUIRED Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.
