Sr PL / SQL Oracle Resource / VDOT Sr Oracle Database Developer TWO ROLES

• Local Richmond candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Richmond due to onsite work requirement
• Web Cam and ONSITE interviews
• Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 2 days / week for the first couple of weeks, and 1-2 days / week thereafter.
• Assignment to be extended beyond 6 / 30, possibly 24 months
• Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
• Experienced PL / SQL developer with skills in Oracle coding
• Must also have ability to do data analysis, develop requirements and data models.
• Must have background in application backend support, Oracle PL / SQL and MS SQL server development.
• Must have background in building interfaces between business applications.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum process is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate with business users and developers an absolute must.
• Clear communication skills - written and oral is REQUIRED.
