Job Summary and Qualifications

• Self-scheduled shifts posted four weeks in advance for better work-life balance.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and the peri-operative process.
• Manage patient preparation, including IV therapy and preoperative medications.
• Participate in surgical site verification protocols.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using best practices.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Consistently apply nursing skills, critical thinking, and leadership in patient care.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes thoroughly.
• Provide follow-up education to patients and caregivers regarding their health conditions.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Diploma in Nursing.
