Description : Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to take full ownership of the accounting function for our two locations. This role is strictly accounting-focused and requires hands-on expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), billing, payroll, general ledger, and collections . The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and be ready to manage the full accounting cycle with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee AR and AP functions , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage billing cycles, invoicing, collections, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy in all accounting processes and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on reporting and financial insights.
