Are you ready to step into a role where your ideas, expertise, and drive can shape your career? Our client, a locally owned ESOP bank, is seeking a Personal Banking Officer in Moorhead, MN. This is a unique opportunity to manage your own portfolio, contribute to the growth of the bank, and enjoy true ownership through an employee stock ownership program (ESOP) that contributes 14-18% annually.

This position is highly flexible - you'll have the ability to grow the role in a way that aligns with your strengths, whether that's personal banking, mortgage lending, or developing new client relationships.

What You'll be Doing :

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new relationships in the community.
  • Provide expert financial guidance, helping clients with deposit accounts, loans, and other banking products.
  • Identify opportunities to grow personal and business banking relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the success of the bank as an officer and employee-owner.
  • Drive your own professional growth - shape the role to match your skills and ambitions.

  • Mortgage lending experience encouraged but not required.
