Job Summary :

The Visual Merchandising Lead is pivotal in creating a captivating and immersive consumer shopping experience. They ensure a seamless and cohesive in-store experience that involves strategic placement of merchandise, optimizing traffic flow, and creating zones that cater to different consumer preferences. The overall responsibility includes :

• Business Results; lead all in store visual execution; manage and ensure smooth day-to-day replenishment and remerchandising as necessary, strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the store is visually ready for business each day.
• Consumer experience; effective communication skills with cross-functional partners and internal store team
• Accountable; holds self-accountable to all Lucchese standards of performance, evaluates merchandising performance and identifies opportunities to adjust

Scope of job :

The Visual Merchandising Lead will execute all in store merchandising displays to enable the front of house and sales team deliver exceptional experiences by always making sure the store is set up for success and visually appealing. In this role, you will ensure the store is merchandised to brand standards, product is organized, tagged, and all current product is represented on the floor.
