A company is looking for a Manager, HR Operations & Retention.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze turnover metrics and conduct "stay interviews" to create actionable roadmaps for improving clinician engagement
Act as the primary advisor to Practice Owners on team management and scaling while maintaining a healthy culture
Serve as the first point of contact for complex workplace issues and lead investigations to ensure a fair workplace
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of HR experience, particularly with clinical populations or multi-state healthcare operations
Strong ability to analyze retention data and advise on strategies to improve culture and engagement
Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle post-onboarding, including performance management and offboarding
Understanding of federal and state employment laws and healthcare-specific regulations
Track record of meeting people-ops targets such as retention rates and employee satisfaction scores
