Job Description :

The Production System Training (PST) organization is currently seeking Experienced Employee Development Specialists to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and / or Quality Systems who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal New Hire Onboarding program and foundational skills instruction.

Position Responsibilities :

• Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
• Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
• Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods
• Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations
• Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
• Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees
• Be able to support off-shift as necessary

Required Skills :

• Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and / or Quality Systems

Education / Experience :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education () and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
