Manager, Technical Systems – New Ventures

JOB SUMMARY :

The Manager Technical Systems Projects leads the full lifecycle implementation execution and ongoing support of enterprise systems including Maximo TRIRIGA ArcGIS and Kronos. This role serves as a business solution analyst working closely with end-users to understand and translate business requirements into system solutions developing reporting for KPIs and metrics and guiding business units on system guidelines best practices and process improvements. The manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and design through testing deployment and post-implementation support evaluates opportunities for optimization and presents recommendations budgets and justifications to senior management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Leads the full project lifecycle for enterprise system initiatives including Maximo TRIRIGA ArcGIS Kronos and related technologies. This includes planning requirements gathering design testing deployment and post-implementation support. The manager develops project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations monitors progress mitigates risks and ensures projects are delivered on time while meeting business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT operations and business units ensures alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Partners with end-users to identify document and translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The role evaluates business processes and recommends technology-enabled improvements such as workflow optimization process redesign and reporting enhancements. The manager also develops and maintains system guidelines procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across enterprise systems.
• Designs and develops reporting solutions using tools such as BIRT Power BI Crystal Reports and ArcGIS. This includes analyzing data for KPIs trending and performance metrics to support informed business decision-making. The role ensures that geospatial data and system analytics are integrated effectively to provide actionable insights across the organization.
• Deliver training and provide clear direction to team members administrators and stakeholders to ensure they have the knowledge and support needed to perform effectively and align with organizational goals.
• Mentors and guides project and technical teams fostering a culture of accountability

collaboration and continuous improvement. The role communicates project status technical issues

and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders while promoting adoption of

best practices in UX / UI design standards-compliant coding and emerging technologies.

EDUCATION :

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems / Computer Information Technology / Management Information Systems / Business Systems Development / Industrial Engineering or related field required.
