Compensation :

• Hourly pay : $20 - $24.50 / hour (once RBT-Certified)

BT Paid Training : Colorado minimum wage

Note : New to ABA? No problem! We provide full training and cover your RBT certification costs.

Physical Requirements :

The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time.
