Key Responsibilities
Proactively suggest and implement automations and optimizations across the sales cycle and operational workflows
Leverage AI tools to streamline sales operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency
Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering sales activity, performance metrics, and key operational challenges for leadership
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
Strong AI proficiency, including experience using AI tools for sales data analysis and process automation
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive ideas from concept to execution
Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of ownership over daily operational tasks
