Key Responsibilities :
- Duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Provide inbound first-level support to internal customers
- Follow up with users as needed to complete service requests
- Manage personal ticketing queue in alignment with customer service standards
- Configure and maintain user accounts via Active Directory and Office 365
- Procure and / or support enterprise cell phones
- Support and configure local and network printers
- Provide support for Remote Desktop applications
- Perform PC system builds and installations
- Assist in preparing documentation as requested by IT Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, training, and procedure manualsPrior experience in a help desk or customer service environment preferred1-2 years of experience in a related role, or equivalent technical / educational certificationDemonstrated ability and desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the position, team, and departmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetWork Environment and additional information :
This position is primarily in-office; however, with experience, a rotational remote schedule may be possible based on requirementsReports directly to IT ManagementMay require intermittent or emergency travelOffers opportunities for cross-functional training within the department to gain broader technical knowledgePhysical Demands
