Director of Sales Operations

The role of a Director of Sales Operations involves overseeing and leading the sales efforts related to tooling services and molding solutions specifically targeted at injection molding processors

  • Must live within a two hour driving distance to Chicago
  • Must have experience managing, developing, and holding accountable a sales team
  • Strong operations experience in defining the sales process and playbook
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Has documented success showing increase in sales revenue along with the KPI's
