A company is looking for a Senior Academic Advisor to support students in achieving their academic goals through consultative sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound consultative calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs
Manage relationships with prospective students and families from initial contact through enrollment, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities and forecast enrollments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
Proven success in selling high-value service packages with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and experience maintaining data integrity
Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus
