Assembly Specialist

Shift: Day Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

* Work as part of a team assembling semiconductors under a microscope using a liquid dispensing system, die attach, wire bond, seal, and mark equipment

* Prepare materials for production use (i.e. staging, measuring, mixing, etc.)

* Perform visual inspections before, during, and after the assembly process

* Review and complete lot travelers to ensure assembly process is documented correctly

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required

* 3 years minimum experience in manufacturing of small products under a microscope

* Basic computer skills (Windows environment and Microsoft Office Preferred)

* Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods

* Good hand eye coordination, dexterity, and basic clean room proficiency

* Ability to monitor and assess self-performance

* Familiar with MIL-STD visual inspection criteria preferred

* Meticulous attention to detail and able to understand work related documents

* Must have team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership

* Experience with small hand tools (i.e. tweezers)

* Highly motivated, hands on, cooperative, and positive attitude a must

* US Citizen or Green Card Holder
