About the Role

We are seeking a Material Handler with strong attention to detail and high standards of customer service. This role is a key liaison between Tobin Scientific and our pharma and biotech clients. You will play an integral role ensuring that Client requests are met in a timely and accurate manner. This person represents the front line for Tobin Scientific and will become a trusted counterpart among some of the worlds leading scientific teams. This is a full time position located at our Rowley MA Warehouse.

What we are looking for

• Minimum education : High School diploma or GED
• 2 years in customer-service with strong track record of client satisfaction; or 1 year of experience within a warehouse involving warehouse procedures inventory management and logistics.
• Highly professional with strong work ethic and a positive solutions-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communicator including providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Adaptable and takes proactive measures to understand new skills or concepts.
• Can operate independently with minimal oversight and seek support when necessary.
• Follow provided SOPs and work procedures.
• Perform additional shipping and stocking tasks as necessary.
• Perform job requirements safely with the required PPE.
• Balance multiple priorities and manage time to complete assigned tasks within shift.
• Intermediate computer skills (exhibits ability to operate Warehouse Management Systems).
• Able to walk up to 5 hours daily and lift 50 lbs.
• OSHA 10 and forklift operator certifications preferred.
