Customer Service Representative - Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, inquiries, and support in the Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, and Pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay : $25.00 to $30.00 (depending on experience) / Job Class : Temp-to-Hire
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt follow-up and updates.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly, offering tailored solutions.
- Confirm pricing and inventory availability by collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed on product offerings, policies, and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s preferred).Experience in customer service, ideally within the Food, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical industries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and related software.Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is a plus.PandoLogic.
