Looking for a night shift role providing variety, challenge, and growth? As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, gaining new experiences every shift while enhancing your clinical skills.

As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring therapeutic and safe care aligned with established standards. Your focus will be on assessing patient needs, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating care effectiveness in collaboration with families and healthcare teams.

You will actively engage in patient safety strategies, provide education, coordinate discharge planning, and leverage evidence-based practices to elevate patient care. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department functions and patient experiences.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license from the applicable state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
