Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. This leadership role is critical to maintaining our standards of excellence and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare

Current RN license in the state
