Position Overview :
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join their facilities team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of their school offices and ongoing projects. This role will have a strong focus on financial administrative tasks, particularly invoicing and accounts payable .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Oversee and process invoices and accounts payable , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with budget tracking.
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of temporary staff or substitutes.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, and parents to support operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.An understanding of accounts payable and invoicing processes .Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Blackbaud, or similar).Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.High level of discretion and professionalism.Benefits :
