Responsibilities:


  • Identify client needs and offer solutions to build trust and comfort with our client base.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to ensure timely goal achievement.
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within our customer base to enhance sales results.
  • Negotiate and communicate effectively between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions.
  • Create and maintain a client database for organization and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct property searches and showings, providing expert advice based on market trends and client preferences.
  • Perform market analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies for sellers.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers, ensuring clients' interests are well-represented.
  • Coordinate transactions, managing paperwork, inspections, appraisals, and repairs.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve team goals.
  • Attend networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads.


Qualifications:


  • Strong relationship-building skills to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities.
  • Ability to quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Organizational skills with excellent time management.
  • Driven to succeed in sales and life.
  • Exceptional phone skills for setting and closing appointments.
  • Valid real estate license in Pennsylvania, with knowledge of state laws and ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the Greater Philadelphia real estate market.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and MLS platforms.
