A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney for a fully remote, 6-month contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft detailed responses to complaints and grievances, ensuring clarity and compliance with applicable laws

Provide legal advice and guidance related to labor and employment matters, particularly union-related issues

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and maintain effective labor relations

Required Qualifications

Active California Bar license required

Proven labor and employment experience, especially in union-related matters

Strong legal writing and analytical skills required

Litigation experience beneficial but not mandatory

Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
