Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Long-Term Care | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor changes in resident condition and promptly communicate updates to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support rehab goals and overall well-being

Provide leadership and direction to CNAs to maintain consistent care standards

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
