The Head Of Enterprise Data leads Employment Hero's global data function and delivers the data strategy that powers our AI-first future. You are accountable for building modern, reliable data foundations that unlock commercial value, improve operating efficiency, and accelerate decision-making across the business.

You set the direction, drive execution at pace, and ensure our data models, platforms, governance, and architecture directly support our growth goals. You will play a central leadership role and set the direction for a global team responsible for data engineering, data platforms, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
