In this role, you'll work directly with the Red Cross CEO and COO, supporting the management and operations departments. You will work with other volunteers and staff in a fun environment, where we serve our local communities.

- Comfort working in Micosoft Office Suite apps
- Comfortable making calls, attending virtual meetings, and using a cell phone

RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general information to staff, volunteers, clients, and the public about the American Red Cross and its programsGreet visitors entering the building who need direction and provide support or assistanceProvide support in answering phones, provide information, take messages, or transfer callsCreate Word documents and Excel spreadsheets using Microsoft OfficeOther Tasks
Support the overall administrative functions of the Operations department and its staffHelp process vendor payments, manage document retention and vendor contracts and relationshipsCoordinate work orders for fleet and facilities maintenance and repairsPerform or assist with facility emergency drillsCopy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documentsCompile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
