Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese + fine dining service

Excellent understanding of food and beverage offerings

Outstanding wine and sake knowledge is a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Friendly, warm demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sunday OR Monday availability is a must.

Experience working with private parties, events and buyouts preferred.

Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and make recommendations

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar

Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable dining experience

Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and grace

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
