A company is looking for a Phone Counselor (Remote) in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and address caller concerns effectively
Accurately collect caller information and maintain documentation systems
Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate dissatisfied callers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (experience may substitute)
2 years of experience in case management, crisis intervention, or call centers preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays with limited restrictions
Experience with multiple computer applications while engaging with clients
Must be able to work in a remote team environment
