About the Role :

As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor who connects with clients to understand their unique insurance needs. Youll provide expert guidance on tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters mostwhether its their family, home, or business. Your efforts will be key to growing our customer base, building lasting trust, and delivering outstanding service from the very first conversation through policy issuance and beyond.

    • What Youll Do :

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend insurance products tailored to clients goals and budgets
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting, long-term client relationships
  • Explain complex insurance terms clearly and effectively, making it easy for clients to understand
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and earn clients trust
  • Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licenses (we provide full support!)
  • A genuine desire to help clients protect their assets and plan for a secure future
