Paisano's Ristorante in Topeka, KS is looking for a server to join our 55-person strong team. We are located at 4043 SW 10th Avenue. We are Northeast Kansas’s only made-from-scratch Italian restaurant. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. We don’t overstaff the floor and our best servers make $20+ an hour. Local owners are around regularly to support the team and lead. Kitchen is awesome and supports the success of the team. Our team gets along and is more like a family than a corporate place. Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and making drink suggestions.
- Suggestive selling based on knowledge of our menu and items.
- Delivering food to tables and cashing out checks.
- Providing a great customer experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant.
- Handling running side work while maintaining a customer focus.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $2.13 - $5.00 / hour.
