Job Title : Fabrication and Controls Technician

Reports to : Manufacturing Manager

Schedule : M-T 6 : 00am – 4 : 30pm, overtime allocated based on business demand

Summary :

To perform various fabrication, assembly, and electrical tasks related to HVAC equipment including UL508A panel building activities to support Indoor Air Quality Products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.

• Interpret drawings used in metal fabrication and construction of electrical components and equipment.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC laser and press brake to run production and development parts based on specifications outlined in related drawings.
• Assemble damper components based on drawing specifications to prepare materials for the welding process.
• Assemble electrical components compliant with UL508A including :

Metal cutting, drilling, and tapping
