Overview
A Senior Program Manager is an expert at managing multiple discrete tasks that directly support our core business operations. This role is a client-facing delivery operations role, meaning the person in this role will continually ensure standards are being met through excellent communication, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Documenting & Reporting T&M Financials to the Client :
- Includes estimates, forecasts and actuals for each project
- Includes three different workstreams and annual budgets ranging from $1M to $5M
Task Management in rOar :
Creating, activating and deactivatingStaffing Management in rOar :
Assesses and updates allocations according to forecasts for accurate capacity trackingEnsures time tracking is available to all team membersApproves all time in rOar for assigned workstreamsWorkfront Future State :
Gather and collect requirements from both the client and internal team leadsDefine a structured process for requirementsOwn the training of new processes for internal team members and clients as neededMonitor and ensure 100% training completions for required team membersOngoing support for data hygiene within WorkfrontDevelop reports and dashboards as neededGeneral Management :

3+ years of experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to capture white boarded or facilitated sections of requirements and document into actionable implementations within Workfront according to the Creative End to End Workflow.
Expertise in Workfront and ability to train team members as well as clients onto the process using the new tool(s).
