Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in our long-term care facility. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will :

• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles pertinent to the clinical setting.
• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes effectively.
• Establish strong working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and families.
• Respond effectively to emergent situations.
• Provide education and counseling to residents and families under supervision.

Your role will encompass evaluating resident data, developing care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of each resident.
