BSA Compliance Analyst

BSA Compliance Analyst Location: Topeka, KSType: Full-Time

BSA Compliance Analyst will oversees and support banking activities. Including collection and transactional review to meet all organizational and federal banking requirements and maintains consistency in documentation to exceed minimum compliance standards and in adherence with all BSA, AML and OFAC policies and procedures.

BSA Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities:

• Professional is responsible for supporting banking activities, including data collection and review
• Provide analytic support for the business activities of the bank by analyzing business, compliance and financial information on companies and individuals
• Ensures overall bank documentation and file administration is complete and consistent with bank's policy and procedures
• Monitors transactions to ensure proper documentation and compliance with respect to identification and investigation of suspicious activity
• Identifies and investigates suspicious activity
• Responsible for ensuring the lending institutions compliance with BSA, AML and CFT requirements.

BSA Compliance Analyst Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree.
• Excels with verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibits strong motivational, organization, multi-task, planning and time management attributes
• Attention to detail is a must combined with the abilities of critical and prompt decision making abilities
• Comfortable in a professional setting and ability to conduct operations with tact, diplomacy and poise.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite products.
