Job Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance. Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Track budgets, costs, and progress reports. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in construction or project engineering (GC experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
