Salary : $16-19 / Hour

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience working in an early childhood center and a deep understanding of child development. This role requires a nurturing individual who is enthusiastic about helping young children learn and grow in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the Frog Street Curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and social-emotional development.
• Use Conscious Discipline strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation.
• Observe and assess students developmental progress and communicate regularly with parents / guardians.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to support overall program goals.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and trainings as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an early childhood education setting.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early learning.

Familiarity with Frog Street Curriculum and Conscious Discipline is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children.

Work Hours :

Monday Friday (Shifts available)

7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm

Occasional evening or weekend hours for special events, staff meeting or trainings.

Compensation :

Commensurate with experience.
