Reconstructive Surgery Outpatient Clinic - this is not a PACU position or outpatient surgery center. This is an outpatient CLINIC. Required :

• BLS
• 2 years Outpatient / Ambulatory exp
• CA license
• Flu vaccinated (no exemptions / no declinations)
• IV certified and proficient with blood draws Preferred :
• Epic Shift : 5x8 0745-1700 - unable to accommodate scheduling requests Position / Specialty : LVN Outpatient Years of experience REQ : 2 years First-timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : No Certs REQ : BLS and IV certified Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
