Job Purpose :

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and / or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation,cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Nature of Duties / Responsibilities :

• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies &system integration.
• Is responsible for assembly, and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
• Role involvesworking from detailedengineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurateassemblyof mechanical parts and equipment.
• Must be able to use handtools & power tools toassemble units.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, results, ensuring proper documentationof work.
• Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are stocked for continuousproduction.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.

Salary Range(annual) : $45,760 - $49,920 ($22 - $24 / hourly)

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
