Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in data analytics, data management, data ingestion, and data synchronization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both logical and physical data models, along with the ability to write comprehensive requirements with clear acceptance criteria. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data systems that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes, while also managing all phases of program life cycle from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage data ingestion processes to ensure efficient handling of datasets.
• Develop and maintain data synchronization solutions to guarantee data consistency across various systems.
• Conduct data analysis and derive insights to support strategic objectives.
• Write clear and detailed requirements documents, including acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Utilize logical and physical data models to inform system design and database architecture.
• Perform data quality assessments and implement measures to enhance data integrity.
• Monitor data processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the software development process from initial needs elicitation to delivery and fielding.
• Cultivating customer relationships to develop further opportunities within the customer community.
• Establish and maintain a program organization that effectively addresses customer requirements.
• Deliver presentations to customers, executive management, and other program stakeholders.
• Interface with geographically dispersed development teams to ensure compliance with emerging standards and requirements.
• Lead independent technical investigations and provide recommendations for technical solutions.
• Follow Agile Development processes and full life cycle development : requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
