Belles Beach House is seeking experienced and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team in the heart of Venice Beach. We are known for vibrant energy, elevated food & beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences in a dynamic, beachside setting.

We’re looking for confident, polished professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence
• Accurately input orders and manage pacing of service
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful hospitality
• Collaborate with runners, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized service stations

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails preferred
• Excellent communication and upselling skills
• Ability to stay composed under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays required)

Pay & Schedule

• $17.28 per hour + tips
