California Licensed Seasonal Tax Preparer

A company is looking for a Tax Preparer.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee tax engagements to ensure accuracy and efficient flow of tax returns

Prepare tax returns by leveraging source documents and understanding members' tax situations

Perform tax-related research on intermediate to complex topics and communicate findings to members

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

PTIN and CTEC certification (California preparers)

Experience preparing income tax returns, including 1040, 1120-S, 1065, and 990

Experience with multi-state tax returns

Understanding of the US Tax Code and California Tax Code
