Key Responsibilities
Answer 60-80 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
Document information and communicate with clinical staff regarding patient needs
Handle medication refills, referral requests, and schedule patient appointments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to type 40 words per minute
