As a Security Guard - Lobby Patrol Unarmed  in Chandler, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values reliability, agility, and integrity, and you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior within the financial institution.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Interact with visitors, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner while upholding site-specific security-related requirements.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures when necessary.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card and / or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
