Before Contract
Regularly contact / visit new and existing customers to discuss their needs / issues and to explain how KDDI America solve themCreate strategies to solve customer's needs / issues based on the experience of System Integration, Network Integration or Project managerHave meetings with our business partner like an application vendor, network / server vendor, security vendor to find out the best solution for customersPrepare solutions and presentations to emphasize product or service features based on an analysis of the customer's needs / issuesGive presentation and demonstration regarding our products or services to our customers directly to get our customer's to be understood our valuesNegotiate prices, terms of sales and / or service agreementsAfter Contract
Prepare sales documents to complete contractCoordinate projects for implementing application system / network infrastructure working with internal engineering team and external business partnersKeep implementation schedule working with internal engineering team and external business partnersTroubleshoot regarding our customer's system working with internal engineering team and external business partnersMaintain good relationships with customers and our business partnersOthers
