Accounting Manager

Location : Honolulu, HI

Compensation : up to $120K

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a mid-sized accounting team and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of ~7 accounting staff while overseeing monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Manage variance analysis, semi-annual physical inventories, store projections, and financial reviews for operations, cash flow, leases, and construction.
  • Partner with store / department managers to improve processes, support reporting needs, and implement new procedures across the organization.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of accounting
