In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

· Manage equipment repair and maintenance schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
· Maintaining accurate transfer logs
· Have OE parameters tracked in the kitchen.
· Create a culture of continuous improvement (no shortcuts).
· Transition from breakfast to lunch is seamless and effortless.
· Implement and manage kitchen staff to be finished their tasks at their appointed time.
Mission of the BOH (Back Of House) Director – The BOH Director has the responsibility for directing the daily kitchen operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The BOH director is to interact and coordinate with marketing, front-counter and drive-thru leadership and team members. Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job.
